2. User Account

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Pricing and Payment
Our prices for marble installation services and accessories will be provided in a detailed quote before the work agreement. The quote will outline:

You are bound to pay the purchase price in full as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions, without any abatement or set-off on any ground.
We accept payments via [list of payment methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, or cash]. A deposit may be required before the start of work, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The ownership of all services supplied to You under Our quotation or otherwise shall remain with Us until the payment in full has been received in cleared funds for such services and or any other goods delivered by Us to You under any other quotation, order or contract.
Additionally, the materials and accessories supplied by Us to You will not be deemed “fixtures or fittings” until paid for in full. If You resell any goods supplied under Our quotation by way of an authentic sale at full value or otherwise. The proceeds of such sale be held by yourself as trustee for and to the account of Us until We shall have received payment in full for all goods supplied.
6. Quality & Warranty
We take pride in the quality of the marble products and installation services we provide to customers. All of Our marble and accessories are sourced from reputable suppliers, and we guarantee that all marble meets the standards of quality and durability.
Marble Products
Our marble products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
Installation Services
We provide a warranty on Our marble installation services for a specified period. This warranty covers any installation defects, such as misalignment or improper fitting. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, such as accidents or negligence of owners.
Maintenance and Care
We recommend regular maintenance and cleaning of Your marble surfaces to ensure their longevity. We offer marble cleaning, polishing, and maintenance services at an additional cost. Proper care instructions will be provided with the completed installation.
7. Delivery & Installation
Delivery
We will deliver the marble products and accessories to the location specified by a User, as outlined in the contract. Delivery times may vary based on the User’s location and the specific products the User has ordered. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but the Company do not guarantee delivery dates.
Installation
Installation services will be provided according to the scope of work in the contract. Our experienced team of installers will handle the marble installation carefully and professionally. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the installation within the mentioned timeline, but delays may occur due to unforeseen situations, such as weather conditions and supply chain issues.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation of Services
You may cancel the marble installation services prior to the arrangement of work. However, once the work has begun at the agreed time, cancellation shall not be possible, and any payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify the Company as soon as possible. The Company shall not be responsible for any of Your losses due to negligence at Your end.
Refunds
Refunds for any payments made for marble products or installation services are subject to Our refund policy. The Company will provide refunds only for defective or damaged products and under specific circumstances outlined in the warranty policy and Terms.
No Party shall be liable for any failure to fulfill or bound to obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster). war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction. blockage, embargo,labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If You cancel your order before the marble products or accessories are delivered or installed, the Company will issue a full refund, minus any administrative fees or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. If cancellation occurs after delivery or installation has begun, no refund will be issued.
9. Client Obligations
As a client, You agree to:
Bound to provide accurate information regarding the property where the marble installation is to take place.
Make sure that the installation area is clear and accessible for Our team to perform the required work.
Notify Our team of any potential hazards or concerns regarding the property or installation site before work commences.
Pay the Price mutually agreed upon for the services rendered promptly.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or termination of the services.
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting Customer’s privacy and ensuring the security of User’s personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how the Company collect, use, and protects User data. By using Our website and services, a User agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Our website, including logos, images, graphics, designs, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Danat Al-arfah Technical Services LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of Our content without Our express written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE’s law, Danat Al-arfah Technical Services will not be held liable for any indirect, accidental, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services or products that are the subject of the agreement.
The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures to perform Our obligations due to events beyond Company’s control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dissatisfaction, problems or complaints with the marble must be made and received by Us in writing within 5 working days from the commencement of the work. After this period, the Company shall only be liable to You for faulty workmanship.
If We instruct solicitors to pursue You as a result of your breach or default to the agreement of any of these terms and conditions You hereby agree to indemnify Us in respect of all damages, losses, costs, or any other expenses incurred by Us in consequence of such default, to include Iegal costs (including solicitors or barristers costs and disbursements) incurred in such action(s) as may be required against You to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Alarfah Technical will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be submitted to binding conciliation under the rules of the UAE Arbitration Association.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alarfah Technical, Its team members, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of Your use of Our services or products, including any violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed and concerned in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be brought in the courts of the UAE.
